12th May Show at Lakeland Juried Art Exhibition

This is an open-entry, juried exhibition spotlighting North-East Ohio’s best and brightest artistic endeavors. Annually, approximately 400 works are submitted, and then final juried down to approximately 80 works to be exhibited at The Gallery at Lakeland. Additionally, depending on the size of the accepted pieces and available space, selected artworks will be displayed at an "Extended View" exhibit at Stella’s Art Gallery in downtown Willoughby, Ohio. Accepted artists can choose whether to participate in the "Extended View".
Entries accepted in to The Gallery exhibition will be eligible to be considered for $4000 in juried cash awards.
Entries accepted into "Extended View" at Stella's will be eligible to win cash awards and a People's Choice Award. Juror - Janet Bloch, Executive Director at Lubeznik Center for the Arts, Michigan City, Indiana
Entry Fee: $15 per piece, up to four (4) pieces per artist

Instructions What you will need
At least one digital image of each art piece, up to four submissions. These must be good photographs of the actual, original art work you want to enter to potentially exhibit. We recommend 3d artists submit up to three views of each submitted piece.
Digital images must be saved in the JPG (JPEG) file format.
Your pictures should be no smaller than 960 pixels and no larger than 4600 pixels on the longest side.
They should be no bigger than 4 Mb in file size.
Please make sure you are settled on titles, medium descriptions and prices. The way you identify yourself and your work in the submission form is what we utilize when we present your information on art labels and in program listings. The Gallery at Lakeland Community College is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect information arising from inaccurately entered information.

Entering artwork submissions
After logging in or creating a new account, and paying the entry fee, you will Add a new submission. You will fill out the form with Category, Title, Dimensions (height, width, and depth), Sale price (unless Not For Sale, if NFS an insurance value needs to be assigned), and Medium for your first artwork submission. You will then upload an Attachment that is the photo of your artwork. 3d artists may upload 3 different views of each submission. If you would like to enter more than one work of art, please upload each entry separately by clicking Add a new submission after each successful submission. Each artist may submit up to four works.

Artwork delivery
Initial accepted drop off - May 6th and 7th, 2022 10 am – 7 pm
End of Exhibit pickup – Lakeland – July 16th and 17th, 2022, 10 am – 7 pm
End of Exhibit pickup – Stella’s – July 5th and 6th. 2022, 11 am – 6 pm
